- 250 gms Potatoes
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 5 to 6 Dry Red Chillies
- 3 tsp Curd
- Turmeric Powder (a pinch)
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required

Boil the potatoes and peel the skin.

Then chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Fry the chopped potatoes until golden and crisp.

Dry roast the cumin seeds, peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon, red chillies and coriander seeds for a minute.
