The Barbecue Bible 500 Club was founded by expats Robbie and Alynne Douglass, who during their Covid lockdown in Spain, decide to cook all 500 + recipes in The Barbecue Bible. Having succeeded at this task (bravo!), they went on to start the club for other grilling enthusiasts, with prizes awarded for various recipe levels attained. (Two members recently achieved Bronze status!)
