If you enjoy juicy tender juicy pork, you’ll love this Pit Boss bacon wrapped pork loin recipe. While a pork loin wrapped in bacon may sound a bit extra, its absolutely worth it!

Not only does it sound delicious, its actually really simple too, and who doesn’t love food that is wrapped in crispy smoky bacon! The bacon also helps to keep the pork tender and juicy while allowing the smoky flavor to penetrate.

Pit Boss Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin Recipe

With only a few ingredients, this pork tenderloin recipe is pretty easy to prepare and its only takes a few hours. Perfect for a 4-5 people but then its super easy to scale up the recipe if you want to make it for a holiday meal or dinner party. If your wanting to work it out and how much pork loin per person you’ll need it is around  eight ounces or a half-pound for every guest.

The hardest part is wrapping the bacon around the tenderloin. And honestly, after a few strips of bacon, you’ll have a good system figured out.

Absolutely delicious: this is packed with that EPIC smoky bacon flavor and I think that the tenderloin is pretty underrated (which means you you can usually find it for a pretty good price at the store or butcher).
