This week was Patisserie Week and it was full of emotions – for both Matt and the contestants. There were tears, cries of WTF and frustrations all over. We had Izy Hossack on the couch today – she wrote her first cookbook at 18 years old (Top with Cinnamon) while studying for her A levels in chemistry, maths and biology. No biggie.
