Baked oatmeal is bread pudding for breakfast! Made with a handful of healthy ingredients, this easy recipe comes together in 1 bowl and leaves you satisfied all morning.
Ingredients
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 4 scoops protein powder, about 90-100g
- 2/3 cups cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flake cocounut
- 3.5 cup milk, any milk is fine
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or pam and set aside.

In a bowl combine all ingredients together: oatmeal, eggs, protein power, cocoa powder, milk, coconut flakes and chocolate chips
Optional add is: chia seed, nuts, raisins.. etc.. - 4)
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and place in the oven.
